Shipping Policy:
Items in stock will ship out within 24-48 hours after order is placed. Items that our made to order can take up to 2 weeks depending on availability of parts & the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and come with a delivery confirmation number. Please notify us if you require signature confirmation.
Free Shipping:
We currently offer Free USPS Standard Ground Shipping on domestic orders over $50.
Expedited Shipping:
We are able to offer expedited shipping options. To expedite shipping, please place your order over the phone by calling (832)748-1497 or email your order to orders@channingandco.com
International Shipping:
We are able to ship Internationally. For international shipping, call or email your order and we will send an invoice. (832)748-1497 or email order to orders@channingandco.com
Returns:
Channing & Co. will accept items for return for any reason within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Item/s must be returned in new and resalable condition. Sale items are non-refundable, all sales are final. In order to return an item/s, email us at returns@channingandco.com to request a Return Request Number(RRN).

All returns should be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Once items are received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment, within 30 days. Once the transaction is complete, we will send you an email to the email address provided.
Exchanges or Store Credit:
Channing & Co. will accept exchanges or returns for store credit for 30 days from purchase date. Email us at returns@channingandco.com.

Repairs:
We understand that things happen due to normal wear & tear. If you have an item that is in need of repair, please email us at repairs@channingandco.com and request a Repair Tracking Number(RTN). Once we receive item, we will send you an email with details of length and detail of repair. All repairs are on us at no cost to you, all you will be responsible for is the return shipping cost. Repair return time is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Product Care:
Each piece of Channing & Co. jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care routine to extend the life of the jewelry.
- Protect all jewelry from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and sunlight.
- After each wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of make-up and skin oils with a 100% cotton cloth.
- Store jewelry separately so it doesn't scratch other jewelry.
- Remove jewelry when doing household tasks such as gardening, cleaning, household repairs or other strenuous activities.
- Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry.
- Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, window stills, or in the car.
- Store jewelry away from the sunlight. The sun may fade some gemstones.
- Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. The chlorine in the water can damage various gemstones and metals including gold.
- Always store bead necklaces strung on silk flat because silk stretches over time.
- Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap, perfumes, personal products and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewelry. Wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean and enjoy!

You can log in to your account at anytime prior to your order being shipped to cancel your order.
